Service Fee Directory Search Guidelines
The Service Fee Directory (SFD) is a web-based electronic system. It has been developed to assist local governments purchasing services funded by the Children’s Services Act (CSA) and providers of those services to share information regarding the availability of services and fees for the services. Private and public providers of services list information describing their programs, locations and fees. The Rates shown in SFD represent the maximum provider rate and local governments are encouraged to negotiate with providers when developing and securing services for a specific child. Information presented in the SFD is supplied and maintained by the respective Service Provider. It has not been verified or evaluated by the publisher or by the Commonwealth and its listing in this directory does not constitute licensure, certification, approval or endorsement of the program, services or fees by the Commonwealth. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether the provider is licensed to supply the service to be purchased and whether the fee is reasonable.
The Service Fee Directory (SFD) can be searched by using various search criteria (Service Provider Name, Service Code & Category, Client/Family Characteristic). After user chooses one or more of above search criteria. A multi-level result grid is displayed. In the displayed results, user has ability to click on a chosen service provider name or a displayed service name and navigate through various levels to access the detailed information. Helpful Tip – Please choose distinct characteristics when choosing more than one characteristics as search criteria.
